Domino's Pizza in Georgia

"I’m so glad this Domino’s is under new management. The general manager is a very sweet lady. She’s very understanding and apologetic. She make sure she correct the problem (if there is one) and make sure your food is made properly. She even delivers when she has to! Definitely will be ordering again!"

"It took a very long time for me to get my pizza but when I called I found out they were short on drivers. That isn't the workers fault, that is management. The delivery guy Russell was great and pizza tasted amazing. It is on higher management for not making sure this store is properly staffed. Not the employees trying their best to complete orders. Also yes I already took a bite in the picture, I was hungry lol 03/28/2021 EDIT: The director of operations Gene Hart reached out to me and explained their situation. He let me know they are owned locally and that they are trying very hard to hire people daily (interviews twice a week, advertising in local paper & Facebook) and the pandemic has made them incredibly busy. I appreciate him reaching out and taking the time to explain this to me and I feel bad for my initial reaction. It did take 1 1/2 hrs for me to get my pizza but I think we all need to be more empathetic (me included) because many of these companies are trying their best in this weird time we live in. I realize that now. Try to be more patient with dominos right now, and if you are going to get pizza try to order it a little earlier than you normally would because there are going to be understandable delays."

"First time in years I've tried Domino's, I did this in my ex-wife suggestion and after trying garlic twists at her house. The pizza is definitely improved, reminds me of the old Domino's. Honestly, I've gotten tired of Papa John's and they're stupid call center which is not even in this country and tells me I don't even have a store in my delivery area, even though I had pizza delivered from the Edgefield Road address for over 10 years. So Domino's, I'm coming back to you after many years, pizza is great and the surface was great!"
